It is not easy to find a sugar substitute that tastes good and compliments your cooking. But I was fortunate to try Xylitol Sweetener by Morning Pep is a 100% natural sweetener made from pure Birch Xylitol and am really happy that I did.

I make a lot of homemade foods and have used Xylitol Sweetener in many things. Some of the homemade foods include; waffles, various breads both wheat and white, instant oatmeal packets, cookies, muffins, corn bread and candy. Everything turned out great. All items tasted as they usually do when I make them with regular sugar. There was no difference was noted in flavor at all and definitely no aftertaste. When I tried some Xylitol by itself, it even tasted like sugar that way.
